Contact us via an email or a phone call for a service request. Based on the request we assess your needs and ask key questions about the individual 's medical condition. This intake information helps determine the level of care or services required, address any financial concerns and identify facilities in preferred location.
After gathering all the necessary intake information, we contact the most suitable option facilities to meet your unique needs. We check Washington state's data base for inspection and investigation stations then we pick the best facilities that matches your needs. We then arrange to meet with the client and tour the facilities together. During the visit we engage with other residents, meet the facility providers, and discuss available options.
Once you make your selection, we arrange a mandatory in-person assessment with a registered nurse (RN) as required by state of Washington. The client is responsibility for paying the RN directly for this assessment, which costs between $400-$500
